For our senior guests from South Gippsland, our peaceful cottage yards provide the perfect retreat. Every dog receives attention tailored to their energy level and preferences – from active farm dogs to relaxed family pets.
From morning stretches to evening cuddles, your dog’s day is filled with care and comfort. Starting at 7:30 AM, they’ll enjoy outdoor time, meals, play sessions, and relaxation – all under our watchful 24/7 care.

We are open between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 1.00pm Saturday and 10.00am to 4.00pm Sunday. Please consult opening hours on this site for Public holiday opening times.
You can drop off your pet any time during normal opening hours. We do recommend not leaving it too late in the afternoon so your fur baby if a dog has some time outside before being brought inside. 2.00pm is a good time.
You can pickup your pet any time during our normal opening hours.
You are welcome to bring your own food for both cats and dogs. As it is more work for our staff to feed own food we do charge a small fee of $3.00 per day for own food.
All dogs get a number of hours outside in large external runs where they can enjoy the space as they please.
We offer additional enrichment such as one on one plays with our trained staff and also Kongs full of peanut butter. Please ask our staff when checking in if interested.
Yes we have staff living on site.
Yes it is just like your home, we have heating and air conditioning.
Tours at Pet Lodge are welcome except during peak periods, please ask the staff will at the facility.
Yes you can bring items such as blankets and toys without squeaks, we can’t guarantee these items will be returned in the same condition. We do have plenty of bedding and toys for your dogs comfort.
In the unfortunate event your dog gets sick we will attempt to contact you or your emergency contact person for instructions, if we are unable to get hold of anybody then Pet Lodge will make a welfare decision that could include taking your dog to the vet. If this is the case all expenses that incur are the customers responsibility.
All our guests undergo a 5 day welfare check.
We feed LifeWise dry food to the dogs and the quantity is worked out relevant to their weight and bread unless you have specified you would like them to have their own food.
