ALL DOGS AND CATS MUST BE VACCINATED PRIOR TO BOARDING. A CURRENT VACCINATION C5 FOR DOGS AND F3 OR F4 FOR CATS WITH A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS BEFORE CHECK IF THIS IS A BOOSTER. FOR YOUR DOGS PROTECTION FIRST TIME VACCINATIONS OR ELAPSED VACCINATION REQUIRE A 14 DAY WITHHOLDING PERIOD BEFORE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO ATTEND OUR FACILITY.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO EMAIL YOUR VACCINATIONS WELL BEFORE ARRIVING FOR CHECK IN SO WE CAN VERIFY YOUR PET HAS THE CORRECT VACCINATIONS. NO CATS OR DOGS WILL BE ACCEPTED COMING STRAIGHT FROM ANOTHER KENNEL OR CATTERY.

Holidays

Christmas, minimum stay is 8 days. Easter, minimum stay is 6 days.

All bookings are to be paid for the dates you have booked during these busy periods. No refunds on early pickups.

We are closed over Easter from Good Friday to Easter Monday. On Easter Monday we are open between the hours of 2 to 5 pm only.
